Busy Is A Decision

"Busy is a decsison, of the many excuses people use to rationalise why they cant do something "I am too busy" is not only the most inauthentic, it is also the laziest.I don't believe in "too busy"-- we do things we want to do period. If we say we are too busy that is short hand for not important enough. That "thing" could be sleep, it could be watching Game of Thrones, if we use busy as an excuse for not doing something what we are really saying is that it's not a priority. Simply put: you don't find the time to do something, you make the time to do things"-Debbie Millman

Enjoy your body:

"Enjoy your body
use it every way you can...
don't be afraid of it, or what other people think of it
it's the greatest instrument you'll ever own"
Baz Luhrmann's 'Everybody's Free To Wear Sunscreen' is a constant source of inspiration for me, and reading the quote above, it made me realise that exercsise isnt always necerssarily something that needs to be done at the gym, and it doesnt look a certain way for every single person, just getting out and moving your body any way that makes you feel good is the ultimate way of making sure your getting the exercise your body needs to stay fit and strong.
